A lifted nose full of red juicy fruit; strawberries’ and cream, roses, cherry, raspberries and red skin. Backed by a rhubarb and subtle savoury overtone.
The palate has a crisp and dry entry. Raspberry and sherbet, a slight herbal edge of thyme and sage gives it a lovely complexity, with a creamy fine texture.
