Tasting Notes

Nose: Lifted fruit of plum, fig and mulberry take the lead on the nose with tones of blue fruit, black pepper and chocolate.

Palate: A richly textured palate with complexity and structure. Notes of star anise, rosemary and blackberries with traces of earth and eucalyptus. The tannins are soft, round and long lasting.
